Special Issue Introduction
Cancers arising from the gastrointestinal tract, including esophagus, stomach, colorectum, liver, gallbladder and pancreas, are frequently observed all over the world. Recent progress in molecular biological techniques has facilitated the understanding of the mechanism of cancer development and progression. This Special Issue contains 9 review articles concerning the topics attracting a lot of attention in the field of gastrointestinal malignancies.
