Topic: Remodeling of the Tumor Immune Microenvironment and Mechanisms of Immune Evasion

This Special Issue explores the spatiotemporal remodeling of the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) and the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying immune evasion. We welcome contributions across basic, translational, and clinical research that elucidate immune cell states, spatial architecture, metabolic–epigenetic crosstalk, tumor–immune interactions, immunotherapy resistance, and biomarkers for precision medicine. In particular, we encourage studies on conventional molecular biomarkers of tumor metastasis—such as those integrating clinical data with experimental validation of biomarker function—to enhance prognostic accuracy and therapeutic targeting. All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review to ensure scientific rigor, reproducibility, and clinical relevance.
