OAE's newly launched interdisciplinary, gold open access journal Intelligent Networking and Computing (iNECT) is delighted to announce the appointment of Prof. Zehui Xiong as its Founding Editor-in-Chief. Prof. Xiong is a Full Professor at the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Queen's University Belfast, United Kingdom.

About the Journal

Intelligent Networking and Computing (iNECT) is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality original research on the design, analysis, and realization of networking and computing systems, with an emphasis on the deep integration of learning-based, data-driven, and artificial intelligence (AI)-native methodologies. It focuses on interdisciplinary research advancing the theory, architectures, algorithms, and systems underpinning modern networking and computing, covering wired/wireless networks, cloud/edge computing, resource management, foundation models, generative AI, end-edge-cloud collaboration, and applications in Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities, and industrial systems. By encouraging cross-layer and cross-domain system design, the journal aims to help shape the future of connected and intelligent systems.
