Aims and Scope
Intelligent Networking and Computing (iNECT) is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to high-quality original research on the design, analysis, and realization of networking and computing systems, with an emphasis on their deep integration with learning-based, data-driven, and AI-native methodologies.
The journal provides a high-quality forum for interdisciplinary research that advances the theory, architecture, algorithms, and systems of modern networking and computing. The name iNECT reflects this emphasis on connection, highlighting the journal's focus on integrating networking, computing, and intelligence through principled system design. By emphasizing connection, coordination, and co-design across systems, layers, and methodologies, iNECT promotes intelligent networking and computing by design across the system lifecycle, bridging domains that have traditionally evolved in isolation.
iNECT welcomes original research articles, surveys, and visionary perspectives in, but not limited to, the following areas:
Networking Systems and Architectures:
- Wired and wireless networks, future communication systems, and next-generation networking architectures
- Programmable, software-defined, and autonomous networking
- Network measurement, monitoring, control, and performance analysis
- Telemetry, observability, and data pipelines for intelligent networked systems
Computing Systems and Platforms:
