CF10/LV overcomes acquired resistance to 5-FU/LV in colorectal cancer cells through downregulation of the c-Myc/ABCB5 axis

CF10/LV is effective at inducing Top1cc and γH2AX, a biomarker of DNA DSBs in both HCT116R and HCT116P cells, consistent with TS/Top1 dual targeting by CF10 in 5-FU/LV-resistant cells while 5-FU is relatively ineffective at causing DNA DSBs.
