All articles published in Cancer Drug Resistance (ISSN 2578-532X [Online]) are fully open access and are immediately and permanently available to read, download, and share worldwide upon publication.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is USD 3,200 for manuscripts submitted on or after June 1, 2026. The APC supports the costs associated with editorial assessment, rigorous peer review, professional production services, online hosting, indexing support, and long-term digital preservation of published content. The APC is payable only after manuscript acceptance.

Manuscripts submitted before June 1, 2026 will remain subject to the previous APC rate of USD 2,800.

There are no additional charges for article length, number of figures, color images, or supplementary materials.
