Cytotoxic effects of paclitaxel (A1 and B1), vinorelbine (A2 and B2) or carboplatin (A3 and B3) alone or in combination with bosutinib (A) or ecF506 (B), in the non-tumorigenic MRC-5 cell line. Cell growth was assessed after 48 h of treatment and after an additional 120 h in drug-free medium. The effect of the vehicle at the highest concentration tested was also evaluated. Results are expressed as the percentage of cell growth and represent the mean ± SEM of at least three independent experiments.
