Zain Khalpey, M.D., PhD, FETCS, FACS
Dr. Zain Khalpey MD, PhD, FACS. He has a special interest in sudden cardiac death, robotic coronary artery bypass, mitral valve repair, robotic atrial fibrillation ablation, total artificial hearts, and using short and long term devices in shock and heart failure patients. In 2016, he was awarded the Distinguished Fulbright Chair in Medical Sciences, one of the most prestigious appointments in the Fulbright Scholar Program. In 2020, Dr Khalpey was awarded the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Grant for his work on using artificial intelligence for prediction of silent hypoxia in COVID-19 patients.
Dr Khalpey is also be the Network Director for the Artificial Heart Program. He is also the Chief Medical Artificial Intelligence Officer at Honor Health acting as the Network Director for Artificial Intelligence. He has made significant contributions as an author in the field of medicine. He has over 400 peer-review publications, several book chapters, abstracts, manuscripts, grants in artificial intelligence and regenerative medicine and patents in medical devices. He is cited over 6,000 times on Google Scholar with an h-index of over 33 and has several "first in man" publications. He is the co-author of an upcoming book to be launched shortly called "The AI Prescription - Transformative Algorithms in Healthcare."

Nick King, founder of Data Kinetic, launched the company in 2023 to transform enterprises with cutting-edge Applied AI solutions, ensuring AI's meaningful impact. He focuses on practical AI applications in healthcare, healthspan & longevity, oil & gas, and supply chain transformation.
Nick's extensive experience includes pivotal roles at DataRobot, Snowplow, Cisco, VMware, Google, and Microsoft. He played a key part in the early stages of many groundbreaking technologies, from the first Azure data and AI team to joining Google Cloud when it was just 12 people. He led Android's transformation in enterprise and spearheaded multi-cloud architectures at VMware. At DataRobot, he drove innovative solutions across various industries, including FinServ, Formula 1, oil and gas, horticulture, and manufacturing.
A New Zealand native, living between Park City, UT, and Austin, TX, Nick holds a Bachelor of Business in Information Systems and Marketing from Auckland University of Technology.
Jepson Taylor
Jepson is a popular speaker in the AI space, having been invited to give AI talks to companies like SpaceX, Red Bull, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, and various branches of the US government. Jepson's career spans semiconductor, quant finance, HR analytics, deep-learning startups, and AI platform companies. He co-founded and sold his deep-learning company Zeff.ai to DataRobot in 2020 and later joined Dataiku as their Chief AI Strategist. Jepson is currently launching a new AI company focused on the next generation of self-evolving AI systems using generative algorithms.
Danny Ramzy
Dr. Danny Ramzy is a globally recognized leader in the implementation of all forms of minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgical interventions available today. His expertise includes various robotic procedures including robotic aortic, mitral, and tricuspid repair and replacement; robotic coronary arterial bypass; robotic Maze procedures; as well as right anterior thoracotomy ascending aortic replacement and myectomies. Dr. Ramzy is also highly respected for his leadership in transcatheter approaches by his accomplishments in the field of TAVR and TMVR. Dr. Ramzy looks forward to working with his colleagues to have a transformative effect in advancing the latest minimally invasive and robotic methodologies for Greater Houston and beyond.
T. Sloane Guy
Dr. T. Sloane Guy, MD, MBA, is the Director of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Cardiac Surgery at the Georgia Heart Institute at Northeast Georgia Health System. Previously, he was Professor of Surgery at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Director of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Cardiac Surgery. Dr. Guy is nationally renowned as a leader in robotic mitral valve repair and other robotic cardiac surgical procedures.
Dr. Guy earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, followed by a general surgery residency and cardiothoracic surgery fellowships at the University of Pennsylvania. He served as a cardiothoracic surgeon in the Army, including three tours as a trauma surgeon in Afghanistan and Iraq, earning several military awards. Dr. Guy has also held prominent positions at Temple University and Weill Cornell School of Medicine/New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
Arman Arghami
Dr. Arman Arghami joined the department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in 2018. Dr. Arghami received his medical education in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Mashhad, Iran. He completed his general surgery residency followed by Cardiothoracic surgery training at Mayo Clinic Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Arghami's interest is in a wide range of adult cardiac surgeries, with focus on minimally invasive and robotic procedures.
