Next-generation flexible electronics are evolving beyond passive sensing to achieve true intelligence. By co-integrating advanced materials, innovative structural designs, sensing capabilities, and computing functionalities on soft substrates, these systems can simultaneously perceive, process, and adapt to their surroundings. This paradigm shift unlocks transformative applications in personalized healthcare, soft robotics, and human-computer interaction.
This Special Issue focuses on, but is not limited to, the following areas:
