OAE Author Training with Zhejiang A&F University Successfully Concludes
Recently, OAE Publishing partnered with Zhejiang A&F University to host a high-level author training session, offering students an in-depth introduction to international journal submissions and Open Access publishing. The event took place at the College of Optical, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, chaired by Dean Prof. Zhu Zhou, with OAE Publishing Director Ms. Juanjuan Ma as the keynote speaker. Faculty, graduate students, and aspiring authors attended to enhance their academic writing skills.

Dean Zhu Zhou highlighted the growing importance of international submissions and high-quality publications in today's global research landscape. He encouraged participants to leverage top-tier journals and platforms to disseminate their research effectively and build a strong foundation for their academic careers.

Practical Guidance for Authors
Under the theme "Practical Guidelines for Submitting Papers to International Journals," Ms. Ma detailed how to select appropriate journals, prepare manuscripts, and adhere to ethical standards. She emphasized the importance of academic integrity, careful data handling, clear structure, and precise language, advising authors to avoid misconduct such as plagiarism or duplicate submissions.
Ma also provided an insider's view of the editorial workflow, explaining each step from submission to final decision, including the peer review process and strategies for responding to reviewer comments. She encouraged students to view initial rejections as opportunities to improve their research and manuscripts.
