OAE Research Services Team Supports The 10th Annual Conference of the Silkroad Agricultural Education and Research Innovation Alliance & The 4th Forum of Agricultural University Presidents from SCO Countries
Building on its deepening strategic cooperation with Northwest A&F University, the OAE Publishing Research Services Center successfully undertook the full organization and service delivery of the 10th Annual Conference of the Silkroad Agricultural Education and Research Innovation Alliance & The 4th Forum of Agricultural University Presidents from SCO Countries. The international conference was held from July 6 to 8, 2025, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
As the supporting organizer, the OAE team delivered comprehensive end-to-end services, including program planning, on-site management, expert reception, and multilingual communication support. By leveraging its robust international conference service system, OAE ensured seamless execution and exceptional satisfaction, further underscoring its excellence and leadership in global academic conference management.

Hosted by the Silkroad Agricultural Education and Research Innovation Alliance and organized by Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, the conference was strongly supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan and the Consulate General of China in Almaty. With the theme "Deepening Cooperation in Science and Education along the Silkroad to Promote Future Agricultural Development", the event gathered over 200 participants from universities, research institutes, and industry experts across 10+ countries, making it one of the most influential multilateral exchanges in agricultural education and science under the Belt and Road framework.
The opening ceremony was chaired by Rector Kuryshbayev of Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. Key addresses were delivered by Mr. Aikhan, Director of Agricultural Science and Education at the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan; Ms. Wei Jiang, Consul General of China in Almaty; and Prof. Pute Wu, Secretary-General of the Silkroad Alliance and President of Northwest A&F University.

Given the multilingual nature of the conference—spanning Russian, Kazakh, Chinese, and English—OAE assembled a professional language support team to ensure seamless communication, accurate information delivery, and smooth interactions among participants.
As a sponsoring partner, OAE Executive President Mr. Min Fan and Publishing Director Ms. Juanjuan Ma attended the conference, engaging in in-depth discussions with representatives from universities, research institutes, and industry organizations on topics such as international publishing trends, scholarly communication, and research collaboration under the Belt and Road framework. OAE also hosted a dedicated exhibition area, showcasing its leading international journals and open access publishing achievements, and set up a booth at Kazakh National Agrarian Research University to introduce its publishing platforms to faculty and students.
