The Journal of Cardiovascular Aging Best Guest Editor Award 2025

To recognize the outstanding editorial contributions of Guest Editors to The Journal of Cardiovascular Aging (JCA), we are pleased to announce the establishment of the 2025 Best Guest Editor Award. This award honors Guest Editor(s) who successfully organized Special Issues featuring high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for the 2025 Best Guest Editor Award, nominees must have successfully completed a Special Issue published in 2025. Each Special Issue must include an E-book comprising at least 10 high-quality articles.

Selection Criteria:
1.The quality of the papers published in the Special Issue;
2. The number of papers published (minimum of 10 articles);
3. The citations and downloads of all published articles (data source: Web of Science).

Announcement Date:
The award recipients will be officially announced in March 2027.

Award Benefits:
1.A monetary prize of USD 1,000 and an electronic certificate signed by the Editor-in-Chief;
2. The opportunity to serve as a Guest Editor for a new Special Issue in JCA in 2027, with all published papers will benefit from discounted article processing charges after standard peer review;
3. An invitation for a special interview, which will be featured prominently on the journal’s homepage and promoted across all JCA and OAE Publishing Inc. media platforms;
4. Opportunities to serve as Chair or Guest Speaker at journal webinars.

The Journal of Cardiovascular Aging Best Guest Editor Award will be presented biennially to recognize and celebrate editorial excellence.
