Chemical Synthesis Namur Green Chemistry Workshop
As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, the importance of green chemistry in promoting sustainable development is becoming more evident. The Chemical Synthesis Namur Green Chemistry Workshop aims to bring together top scientists, engineers, and policymakers worldwide to discuss the latest research advancements and applications in green chemistry. The conference will focus on key topics such as "Preparation of Efficient Zeolite-Based Catalysts," "Applications of Photocatalysis," "Design of Nanocomposite Materials," and "Heterogeneous Catalysts." By exchanging innovative ideas and successful case studies, this workshop aims to promote the dissemination and application of green chemistry technologies, providing new impetus and solutions for addressing environmental challenges and achieving sustainable development goals.
This conference is jointly organized by the journal Chemical Synthesis (CS, ISSN: 2769-5247), the Chinese Chemical Society Belgium Chapter, the Chinese Chemists Association in Belgium, and the Laboratory of Inorganic Materials Chemistry at the University of Namur. It will be held on July 19 and July 22-23, 2024 , at the University of Namur in Belgium.

Keynote speakers include: Academician Bao-Lian Su from Wuhan University of Technology/University of Namur, Academician Tao Zhang from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Bo-Qing Xu from Tsinghua University, Professor Feng-Shou Xiao from Zhejiang University, Professors Xiao-Hui Guo and Gang Xie from Northwestern University, and Researcher Luca Fusaro from the University of Namur.
