Junior Editorial Board Members Recruitment

Artificial Intelligence Surgery (AIS) is openly recruiting Junior Editorial Board members from universities and research institutes worldwide to advance the innovative development of the journal, enhance its international influence, and concurrently establish a platform for exchange among outstanding young scholars. We sincerely invite promising young scholars at home and abroad to join us in building a world-class journal.

Recruitment Criteria

  • Adherence to high standards of academic conduct.
  • Research focus on surgery, particularly with a special interest in AI.
  • Age below 40, holding a doctorate or an associate senior title or above.
  • Previous experience as a national project leader or major participant, a patent applicant, or an academic leader.
  • Experienced in reviewing manuscripts and planning Special Issues for world-class journals.
  • Genuine interest in the development of the journal and a willingness to actively contribute.

Responsibilities

  • Peer Review: participating in the review of manuscripts from AIS to select high-quality manuscripts with innovative value, with a review of no less than three manuscripts per year.
  • Manuscript Invitation: recommending, organizing, and submitting manuscripts or planning a Special Issue, with at least one contribution to AIS as the first author or corresponding author during the term of office.
  • Journal Promotion: actively promoting AIS and published articles through academic conferences and social media and encouraging scholars to submit high-quality manuscripts.
  • Conference Attendance: attending academic conferences sponsored or co-organized by AIS.
