Immunotherapy Resistance: Mechanisms, Biomarkers and Strategies
In recent years, increasing evidence has highlighted the complex mechanisms underlying resistance to cancer immunotherapy, involving tumor-intrinsic alterations, immune cell dysfunction, and dynamic interactions within the tumor microenvironment.
