Bio
Professor Kai Fang is a tenured full professor at the School of Public Administration, Zhejiang University. He is a recipient of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" for Outstanding Young Scholars and serves as the Chief Expert for a major project funded by the National Social Science Foundation. His primary research focuses on environmental management, climate policy, and sustainable development. He has authored 10 books and over 130 academic papers published in international journals such as Nature Sustainability, including over 70 SSCI/SCI papers. He has been recognized with over 10 papers listed as ESI Global Top 0.1% Hot Papers or Top 1% Highly Cited Papers. He has received 4 awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level for excellent achievements, as well as 2 awards for Outstanding Papers in China's prestigious science and technology journals. He has been listed among the top 2% of global scientists by Stanford University for three years.
