Figure 2. In endothelial cells, miR-126 inhibited PIK3R2 and SPRED1 to facilitate angiogenesis by activating PI3K/AKT and MAPK/ERK signal pathway indirectly. In EPCs, miR-126 inhibited EPCs EndMT inducing by TGFb through activating PI3K/AKT signal pathway.
