Cover Picture: This study introduces a novel low-carbon operational strategy for Integrated Energy Systems (IES). By integrating stepped carbon trading, fuzzy parameter-based wind generation and load forecasting, and flexible energy storage operations, it aims to enhance efficiency and minimize costs. Through comparison of five scenarios, it validates the strategy's effectiveness in reducing carbon emissions, surpassing traditional models. The research demonstrates the potential of this approach to significantly optimize IES operations towards sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
