Special Issue Introduction

This Special Issue aims to highlight the cutting-edge research in using transcriptomics to advance precision medicine for immune-mediated diseases, including autoimmune disease, inflammatory disease, cancer, etc. Large transcriptomic data, especially single-cell transcriptomics and other single-cell multimodal data, have been widely generated to explore cellular and molecular heterogeneity, providing insights into the pathogenesis of immune-mediated diseases. We welcome manuscripts that investigate advanced transcriptomic technologies, novel computational AI methods for data integration, disease-driven systems biology or systems immunology approaches, patient-oriented promising targets and pathways, etc. We value interdisciplinary research covering basic science, systems biology, computational and statistical approaches, clinical delivery, and treatment optimization. We encourage you to submit valuable contributions to this groundbreaking issue and join us in advancing translational research for immune-mediated diseases.
