In response, the industry is increasingly prioritizing sustainable practices, particularly green manufacturing, to minimize its environmental footprint. Green manufacturing integrates eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient processes, and waste reduction strategies, paving the way for a more sustainable future in consumer electronics.
The Special Issue on "Green Manufacturing in Consumer Electronics" focuses on the integration of environmentally friendly practices within the production of consumer electronics. This collection of articles addresses key challenges and advancements in mitigating the environmental impact of manufacturing electronic devices. Topics covered include the development and implementation of sustainable materials, energy-efficient production techniques, and waste reduction strategies.
