Application-wise, batteries power diverse technologies from portable electronics to electric vehicles and grid-scale energy storage, driving sustainability and energy independence initiatives globally. Advances in battery technology continually push boundaries in efficiency, environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness, shaping the future of renewable energy integration and transportation electrification. This Special Issue invites manuscripts of all types, including Research Articles, Mini-reviews/Reviews, Short communications, Highlights, Perspectives, etc. The topics covered in our publication are extensive, including but not limited to:
