The International Symposium on Hydrogen and Energy Storage (iSHES’2025) provides a platform for in-depth discussions on advances, challenges, and opportunities in hydrogen production, storage, conversion, and integrated energy systems.
This Special Issue, focusing on Hydrogen and Energy Storage: Materials, Systems, and Applications, highlights pioneering studies and transformative innovations in areas such as:
● Advanced materials for hydrogen storage, purification, and conversion;
● Hydrogen production and isotopes supply technologies;
● Electrochemical and hybrid energy storage systems;
● Structure–property relationships and functional characterization;
● Emerging applications in fuel cells and clean energy systems.
By connecting fundamental research with practical solutions, this Special Issue aims to foster collaboration and showcase significant advances in hydrogen and energy storage. We welcome original research articles, reviews, short communications, and other contributions offering novel insights in these critical areas.
