Special Issue Introduction

This special issue aims to present recent innovations based on digital health targeted to hypertensive patients, including cloud-based technologies for out-of-office blood pressure telemonitoring, wearables for continuous blood pressure monitoring and additional vital parameters, and solutions to improve AI-based hypertension management and prevention. In addition, the role of digital health in managing specific high-risk subgroups of people with hypertension will also be discussed.
