We are delighted to announce an exciting development for Artificial Intelligence Surgery (AIS): the journal has achieved a CiteScore of 1.0, as reported in the June 2025 Scopus update. This marks a notable increase from the previous year and reflects the journal’s growing impact and recognition within the global scientific community.
This upward trajectory further aligns with our current real-time impact factor of 3.0, positioning AIS for inclusion in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR), with its first official Impact Factor expected in June 2025. Based on current performance metrics, AIS shows strong potential for classification among Q1 journals.
