JCA Junior Editorial Board Member Recruitment

The Journal of Cardiovascular Aging (JCA) is currently recruiting Junior Editorial Board (JEB) members from universities and research institutes worldwide. This initiative aims to promote the journal’s innovative development, expand its global influence, and establish a collaborative platform for promising early-career scholars in cardiovascular research. We warmly invite outstanding young researchers to join us in developing a world-class academic journal.

Recruitment Criteria

• A strong commitment to academic integrity and ethical standards.
• Research expertise in cardiovascular biology, aging, metabolism, or related biomedical fields.
• Under 40 years of age; holding a PhD or equivalent degree, or an associate senior professional title or higher.
• Demonstrated academic achievements, such as leading or participating in national-level projects, holding patents, or contributing significantly to high-impact studies.
• Experience in peer review or Special Issue planning for reputable academic journals.
• A strong interest in scholarly publishing and a willingness to actively contribute to JCA’s development.

Responsibilities

• Peer Review: Review at least three manuscripts per year to help ensure the publication of high-quality, innovative research.
• Manuscript Contribution: Submit or coordinate the submission of at least one manuscript (as first or corresponding author), or organize a Special Issue during the two-year term.
• Journal Promotion: Actively promote JCA and its published content through academic conferences, institutional channels, and social media.
• Conference Participation: Attend academic events hosted or co-organized by JCA.
