Warmly Celebrate the Successful 2025 Chemical Synthesis Frontier Cross Academic Conference!

The 2025 Chemical Synthesis Frontier Interdisciplinary Academic Forum on Green Synthesis and Low-Carbon Development in the AI Era was successfully held from June 16th to 18th, 2025, in Datong, Shanxi Province, China. The conference was hosted by Shanxi Datong University, Taiyuan University of Technology, OAE Publishing Inc., Shanxi Institute of Technology, and Taiyuan Institute of Technology.

Led by academicians, this academic conference gathered many experts together, with a lively and wonderful atmosphere. attracted a diverse group of experts, creating a lively and inspiring atmosphere. With more than 800 attendees, the event featured one main venue and seven sub-venues, covering cutting-edge topics in green synthesis, intelligent catalysis, energy materials, biomass chemistry, environmental catalysis, and computational chemistry. The forum focused on how AI can drive the transformation of synthetic chemistry, enhance low-carbon technological innovations, and promote the green transformation of industry. Over the two-day event, 154 academic reports were presented, sparking deep discussions and widespread knowledge sharing.

Opening Ceremony

The conference officially began at 8:30 AM on June 17th, with Professor Shuihong Shi, Vice President of Datong University, as the host. The opening remarks were delivered by:

Following the opening ceremony, four distinguished experts delivered plenary lectures on groundbreaking research in chemistry and chemical engineering. The topics included:

• Metal cluster chains and functional frameworks
• Innovative research on porous functional materials and AI
• Clean and efficient conversion and utilization of renewable and sustainable carbon resources
• The application of inorganic membranes in ion batteries

The insightful presentations from these experts sparked vibrant discussions, with enthusiastic responses from the audience.

Closing Ceremony

On the afternoon of June 18th, the conference concluded with reports from the following speakers:
