We accept Microsoft Word (.doc or.docx) and LaTeX formats. For editing to proceed for LaTeX files, the following
criteria must be met:
You must submit a .zip folder containing all the files necessary to convert the .tex file into a .pdf, including
figures, .bib, or .sty files (we cannot edit a single .tex file with no .zip or .pdf).
The .tex in your.zip file must be created using a program such as TeXstudio (even if the .tex compiles with Overleaf,
this does not mean it is compatible with other LaTeX editing software).
Your paper must be able to compile using the .pdfTeX extension.
The entire paper must be contained within one .tex file in the .zip folder. Documents that are split into several
smaller .tex files cannot be edited.
The .tex must be able to compile without errors.
There is a fixed limit of 25,000 words; for papers longer than 25,000 words, please contact us via email for a quote and
delivery time. Please note that we edit only research articles, not books or theses.
An invoice will be sent shortly after you confirm your order with us. Payment can be made in US Dollars (USD) by bank
transfer, PayPal, Alipay and WeChat.
We will not start editing your paper until we have confirmed the payment, which can take several days.
If there will be a long delay in payment (e.g., due to institutional logistic issues), please contact us with evidence
that the payment is being processed, as we may be able to return the edited manuscript earlier.
There are several reasons why we might not be able to edit your paper:
The file is corrupted, or the text is not easily editable (e.g., most of the text is contained in text boxes or
pictures, or the file contains a virus).
The file is not an academic research paper. We cannot edit theses, dissertations, essays, or books.
Your manuscript is not written in English or has been translated using automatic software such as Google Translate,
which often generates translations that do not meet academic standards.
Payment is not received in five (5) days. If you know in advance that payment may take some time, please contact us.
It may be possible to return your edited paper early if you provide evidence that payment has been made.
We have an editorial team that double-checks every edited manuscript. If you need our services or have any questions,

Please note that you are required to self-assess and cover the tax. We recommend consulting your accountant for more
information.
Our prices are based on two factors: word count and delivery time. Every service page on this site has a handy quote
widget where you can type in your word count to get an exact price.
In MS Word, go to the Review tab or Tools menu and select Word Count. Generally, tables and references are not counted.
If there is a section that you want or do not want us to check, please mention this in comment balloons with highlights.
To ensure there are no delays in processing your order, please make every effort to give us an accurate count.
