21 August: CHATmed was included in the list of journals following ICMJE recommended standards.

June

28 June: CHATmed obtained the ISSN 2993-2920 (Online).

16 June: The first issue of CHATmed after its renaming was officially published.

1 June: CH was renamed as Connected Health And Telemedicine (CHATmed), with Prof. Yuan-Ting Zhang from the Hong Kong Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Health Engineering Center as the new Editor-in-Chief, and Prof. M. Jamal Deen from McMaster University and Prof. Dinggang Shen from ShanghaiTech University as co-Editors-in-Chief.

1 April: CH ceased publication.

March

9 March: Prof. Stefano Omboni stepped down as Editor-in-Chief and took up the position of Founder and Editor-in-Chief Emeritus to continue contributing to the development of the journal.

9 September: Prof. Stefano Omboni and Dr. Alexandru Nicolae Mischie led the first online webinar on the topic of “The Role of Digital Health and Telemedicine at the Time of COVID-19: Technical Solutions”.

4 March: The new journal Connected Health (CH) was officially launched. Prof. Stefano Omboni from the Italian Institute of Telemedicine, Italy, served as the Founding Editor-in-Chief.
