Special Topic Introduction

Energy catalysis plays a pivotal role in addressing global energy and environmental challenges by enabling efficient conversion of chemical feedstocks into fuels and value-added chemicals. This Special Issue aims to showcase recent breakthroughs in the design, synthesis, and mechanistic understanding of advanced catalytic materials for energy-related applications. Topics of interest include electrocatalytic water splitting, CO₂ reduction, fuel cell reactions, photocatalysis, and thermocatalytic processes for sustainable energy conversion.
