He introduced the new concept of treating the rectus diastasis and lipodystrophies using previous C-section scar and no skin resection, introduced Robotic Surgery for Minimally Invasive Rectus Plication- Robotic Abdominoplasty, and pioneered using videoendoscopic for Minimally Invasive Rectus Plication- Endoscopic Abdominoplasty. his technique was awarded by the ASPS and PSF.

Dr. Seretis holds a Master’s Degree in medical research and a Doctor’s Degree (Ph.D.) in plastic surgery, studying the impact of abdominoplasty on metabolism and hormonal profile of the patients.
